India has a very large pool of well-educated graduates from technical degree programmes and vocational training courses. At the same time, the demand for skilled workers in the German aviation industry is growing. This creates significant potential for targeted international recruitment of skilled workers.
In practice, however, various factors must be taken into account: alongside formal requirements such as language certificates, recognition procedures and visa processes, job-specific qualifications, practical experience and integration into operational processes also play a decisive role. Early and realistic preparation for these requirements is therefore important for both companies and skilled workers.
The webinar provides a structured overview of the opportunities and framework conditions for recruiting Indian skilled workers for the aviation industry in Germany. The focus is on strategies for outreach, training and sustainable integration.
