COMWORXX: New Partnership targets recruitment of skilled staff for maintenance and production

Date

As is well known, NATO member Turkey is making an increasingly significant contribution to the European aviation industry — for example, as a supplier to Airbus and in a wide range of aviation services, including aircraft maintenance. Numerous engineers of Turkish descent have earned their degrees in Germany and are now working there.

In addition, many aerospace engineers and specialists have graduated from top universities in Turkey and, after gaining initial work experience, are interested in continuing their careers abroad — including in Germany. This starting point, combined with the high demand for skilled professionals in our industry, has led to a partnership between two companies: COMWORXX, a Hamburg Aviation member, and the recruitment agency P&N Global Career Solutions, headquartered in Istanbul and Tallinn.

Over 20 years in the business, German founder Wolfgang Wanja and his team at P&N have built an extensive network across industry and academia. They are able to identify suitable candidates for virtually any profile — including in rapidly evolving fields such as AI, mechatronics, and hydrogen technology.

Visa procedures and immigration formalities are handled in a proven partnership with a specialized law firm in Berlin, ensuring that customers receive qualified professionals in the shortest possible time — thanks to deep process knowledge and the candidates’ strong professional qualifications.

For those interested, COMWORXX Managing Director Hugo Duchemin is available for inquiries at duchemin@comworxx.com and will also be present at the Paris Air Show from June 16 to 20, where he can regularly be found at the Hamburg Aviation stand.
