MAXKON Engineering GmbH has been operating as an engineering service provider in Hamburg since 2004. At Germany's largest civil aviation centre, the company supports its clients with a broad portfolio of services in aircraft construction, vehicle construction and mechanical engineering.

MAXKON engineers support their customer projects in every phase of product development:
from the initial idea to series production, including concept development, design, simulation, FMEA, full project management and technical documentation.
With a second location in Leipzig, MAXKON has been successfully providing technical documentation and product communication for aircraft construction for over 10 years now.

With its expertise and commitment, the company contributes to the further development of the economy and the industry at its two main locations in Hamburg and Leipzig. Both the management and the employees are involved in associations, industry-relevant organisations and networks. For example, MAXKON Hamburg is a member of "HECAS - the Hanseatic Engineering & Consulting Association" and the "Hamburg Aviation" cluster and supports the "Mechatronics 21" competence network. In Leipzig, the company is a member of "VEMAS - Verbundinitiative Maschinenbau Sachsen", is active in the regional group of "tekom e.V. - Gesellschaft für Technische Kommunikation" and has set up the working group "Technical Documentation, EC Conformity and CE Marking" in the Verein Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI) Bezirksverein Leipzig e.V. (Association of German Engineers).

In order to secure the skilled labour needs of tomorrow, the company promotes industry-specific training and tailor-made study programmes. The company cooperates with universities that train the next generation, in particular HAW Hamburg and HS Merseburg.
