Young Talents Award
To foster young talent in the aviation industry, to support them in developing innovative ideas, to recognise their achievements, and connect them with potential employers and cooperation partners: that is our motivation behind the Hamburg Aviation Young Talents Award.
The award honours outstanding achievements of young individuals in various categories of the aviation industry. This includes awards for the best academic research by bachelor's and master's students, as well as a special prize for remarkable work in the field of sustainable aviation.
Additionally, the Trainee Award is presented annually, honoring a young person who has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to their career, colleagues, and community.
The jury for the Young Talents Award consists of leaders from the Hamburg aviation industry. They represent the fields of research and development, universities of applied sciences, as well as entrepreneurs.
The Hamburg Aviation Young Talents Award is presented annually in the autumn.
