As part of our business consulting, we address safety management systems in its entirety and support the design of organizational framework conditions to optimize safety and quality.

The origins of the human factors approach come from aviation, where it was realized in the 1970s that 70-80 percent of all accidents and incidents are caused by humans. As a result, mandatory training courses for error prevention were introduced and measures were developed for safety, error, and quality management. We transfer these core performance principles of aviation and pursue our goal of making companies safer and more efficient with expertise and passion.
