To enable our clients to focus on their core business, we rely on EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) to reduce the complexity of interfaces during building development and completion. At the same time, we use LCM (Lean Construction Management) to increase efficiency in projects and processes, which leads to an acceleration of up to 30 per cent on construction sites without additional costs.
Our way of thinking extends from the product through the manufacturing and assembly process to the production facilities. Through integrated factory planning, we transfer requirements from production to the building interfaces and realise needs-based buildings for our customers.
A unique feature of our concepts is the positive balancing of building materials, which turns every new building into a real asset on the balance sheet. We play a central role in product development by supporting our customers in successfully applying the cradle-to-cradle sustainability concept and thus promoting the core of value creation.
