Our network is aimed at professionals and students under 35 years old in the aviation industry. From diversity to sustainable aviation, from the pay gap to joint pub tours - you decide what is discussed and implemented.

We provide a forum for joint events and exchanges beyond the boundaries of your own company or university. We work closely with existing networks such as Airbus's "GenA" or the Lufthansa Young Network to further strengthen the young Hamburg aviation community.

A highlight of our network is the Young Professionals Mentoring Program, which has been very successful. Each year, we seek experienced industry experts who are willing to share their knowledge with young professionals and support newcomers to the field. The mentoring relationship is based on voluntarism and commitment and is individually tailored to meet the personal goals and needs of the mentees.
