Are you not familiar with Hamburg Aviation WoMen yet? Our network was founded in 2013 by Prof. Dr. Monika Bessenrodt-Weberpals with the aim of enhancing the visibility and opportunities for women in aviation. And it takes not only “Women” but also “Men,” hence “WoMen”! After a longer break, the baton has now been passed to Jacqueline Kroker and Jutta Abulawi. With the new tandem leadership and a strategy crew, we have filled the vision with fresh ideas and position ourselves with the following purpose in the community: We stand together for equal opportunities and diversity in aviation. To this end, we strengthen competencies with our network and promote visibility and acceptance – both internally and externally.
We are Hamburg Aviation WoMen.
