Cybersecurity: A Business Imperative – Especially for Aviation Companies
Digital attacks no longer target only large corporations. Small and medium-sized enterprises – particularly in security-critical industries like aviation – are increasingly coming under threat from cybercriminals and facing growing regulatory pressure. The good news: companies that are well prepared can not only minimize risks but also position themselves as reliable partners in the market.
To address this, Hamburg@Work is hosting a panel talk featuring experts from legal, technical, and business backgrounds. The discussion will focus on how SMEs can protect themselves effectively, realistically, and in full compliance with the law – with practical measures, clear priorities, and real-world insights.
The spotlight is not just on risks, but more importantly on solutions: How can companies realistically protect themselves against attacks? Which measures are truly worthwhile – technically, organizationally, and in terms of staffing? What needs to be considered in the event of a security incident? And what are the broader implications for business – now and in the future?
The goal of the event is to provide guidance and help companies identify concrete steps to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. The panel will be moderated by Jörg Uwe-Beyer.
