With the first TALENTready working group, we aim to create a space for precisely this purpose – one that is open, practical and involves direct dialogue with member companies from Hamburg's cluster agencies.

Attendance at the event is, of course, free of charge.
To ensure we can start on time, we would be grateful if you could arrive between 9.45 am and 10.00 am.
The focus will be on an interactive problem-definition workshop, during which we will jointly identify and discuss challenges, needs and issues arising from real-world business practice. We are particularly keen to hear perspectives from the HR sector, so that we can highlight current topics and challenges directly from the field.
The working group is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as other interested companies from the clusters.
In addition to the workshop, we are keen to encourage personal interaction. That is why we will round off the event with food and drinks – providing an opportunity for networking and new ideas.
