From February 8–12, 2027, India's largest aerospace exhibition, Aero India, will take place. The exhibition serves as a key platform for further strengthening India's position as a global hub for aviation and defense. Every two years, more than 1,200 exhibitors from the aviation, aerospace, and security sectors showcase their latest technologies at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru. If you are interested in the Indian market, Aero India offers unique opportunities for networking and collaboration.
As part of this event, we are organizing a delegation trip. Together, we plan to visit the exhibition and offer a comprehensive accompanying program. Through our joint presence, we aim to strengthen the visibility of Hamburg's aviation industry in India while creating valuable opportunities for networking.
With Hamburg Aviation, you will benefit from exclusive events and meetings, on-site support, as well as a comprehensive pre-briefing and assistance with travel preparations.
The PROGRAM is structured as follows (subject to change):
- Saturday, February 6: Individual arrival in Bengaluru.
- Sunday, February 7: Arrival in Bengaluru and afternoon at leisure. In the evening, a Hamburg reception with selected Indian partners to kick off the delegation trip.
- Monday, February 8 – Tuesday, February 9: Visit to Aero India. Hamburg Aviation will assist with scheduling meetings, e.g., through joint visits to exhibition booths. Participation in the reception at the German Pavilion. No dedicated exhibition booth.
- Wednesday, February 10: Meeting at Lufthansa Technik Services India. Visit to an Indian company, e.g., HAL or Mahindra Aerospace.
- Thursday, February 11: Meetings with two additional Indian aviation companies.
- Friday, February 12: Individual return travel to Hamburg.
Registration Information:
Participation in the delegation trip is free of charge for Hamburg Aviation members. For non-members, a participation fee of €500.00 plus 19% VAT applies.
All participants are responsible for organizing and covering their own travel expenses, accommodation, and exhibition tickets. We will provide recommendations for flights and hotels.
If you would like to participate in the delegation trip, please register by November 2. Registration is binding.
