What is it?
Collegial counselling is a practical method that helps you solve challenges efficiently and creatively. It is based on the exchange of knowledge, experiences and perspectives – and all within a structured, solution-oriented framework.
A participant brings a specific concern or question. In a moderated round, the other participants advise, provide impulses and develop solutions together. A clear structure is followed that creates space for reflection, a change of perspective and concrete results.
Why try it out?
Diverse perspectives:
Participants benefit from the experiences and ideas of other participants, who often suggest completely new approaches.
Constructive support:
The focus is on the intelligence of the group to create new perspectives together - without judgement.
Expand your network:
The participants get to know new people from different areas of Hamburg's aviation industry in a trusting environment. Mutual understanding and appreciation form the basis of the discussions.
Practical and simple:
Participants need neither prior knowledge nor preparation. All that is needed is a specific topic for the group and a willingness to engage openly in the exchange. The topics can be diverse and can be chosen spontaneously: personal behaviour in situations, decision-making, challenges in the current work situation.
Who is this for?
The offer is aimed primarily at interested women from Hamburg's aviation industry and is offered through Hamburg Aviation Women. The aim here is to provide a ‘protected space’ where women can also address challenges that are specific to women.
The peer counselling takes place in small groups of 8 participants plus a moderator. It is an online offer and lasts 90 minutes.
