CompriseTec is a specialist in plastic and composite technologies. Our references are technology leaders in the automotive industry, aerospace, mechanical engineering and in medical technology. Within our network of universities, research institutes and OEMs we are also working on selected national and international research projects.

For 10 years we develop innovative components and products of plastic, composite and hybrid material systems. Additionally we improve manufacturing and bonding technologies and thus pursuing a holistic approach - from the idea to the finished product and running processes.

Our 20 heads wide team of engineers and technicians have extensive know-how in the areas of material development, design, simulation and manufacturing technologies and diverse experience in the implementation of complex tasks, particularly in the areas of injection moulding, compression moulding, extrusion, pultrusion and infusion techniques. In our plastic technology center - with attached thermal, rheological and mechanical analysis – we can improve materials, processes and manufacture prototypes and small series. Our expertise in materials engineering, design, analysis and product development makes CompriseTec the ideal development partner - not only for lightweight design projects.

An exemplary project in the field of product and process development is a trolley for the aviation catering. CompriseTec leads here the material, product and process development in an international consortium. A major airline is now flying with this lightest trolley in the world - and currently we develop this even further!

Another example - here in the area of material development - we have developed by compounding highly filled special polymers a special lightweight and sturdy thermoplastic material. This is now to be introduced to substitute the premium porcelain tableware in aviation.
