On 3 and 4 April 2025, the 22nd FEMWORX Career Congress will take place at the Hannover Messe – the most successful networking and discussion event for female leadership in the STEM fields. Under the motto ‘Diverse Minds, Boundless Possibilities’, two days full of inspiration, encouraging stories and valuable exchange await you.
What does FEMWORX have to offer?

The Engineer Woman Award and Young Engineer Woman Award recognise outstanding women in MINT-subjects. There is also the dynamic Speed-Date your Job – the perfect career booster for anyone looking to explore new professional avenues or further develop their career. On Thursday evening, the Networking Night will take place – an exclusive opportunity to make valuable contacts and meet the award winners.

This year, we are not just attending as visitors, but are also actively involved in organising an event slot on 3 April from 1:30-3:00 p.m. with exciting speakers from the clusters Renewable Energies, Hamburg Aviation and Hamburg@work Digitalcluster. Under the title ‘Strategic Networking: Using the power of relationships to seize and expand career opportunities’, the event will highlight how relationships lead to new opportunities.
