The Vartan Aviation Group's new decor shop in Toulouse has been almost completed. The new workshop is professionally equipped to support the replacement of decor on a multitude of aircraft parts such as partitions, galley panels, lavatory doors, bar parts, etc.

The decor shop includes a dedicated spraying/adhesive cabin with a constant horizontal airflow and with dedicated filtering and heating possibility which allows to apply glue to decor foils and aircraft parts in a dust free and safe environment. It also has a dedicated room with high intensity LED lighting to store and cut decor foils in a controlled environment. And to ensure highest quality for the application of decor, Vartan has also installed a dust free clean room with heating, air-conditioning, air extraction and dedicated LED lighting from side and top. With the new equipment and specially trained staff, customers can expect even higher process quality in all areas of decor works.

The team currently consists of nine employees that work both in the decor shop and on aircraft in case removal is not possible. Plans are set for two daily shifts as well as weekend coverage for times of high workload.
