From the coming year, companies that are in a crisis will be given additional options for crisis management. The StaRUG can be used by companies that are not insolvent but threatened with insolvency. Within a restructuring plan, the measures to eliminate the insolvency can be implemented out of court and the required liquidity can be brought from the HCM network.

The new law will complement the existing procedures. Above all, the fact that creditors can be forced who could previously oppose the restructuring process is the decisive advantage.
