Nationwide campaign launched 21 November

The Lufthansa Group is looking for new employees. The Group has already oboarded several thousand people this year, and plans to hire a total of 20,000 new employees. Exciting and interesting tasks await future employees of the Lufthansa Group in more than 45 professions. A main focus of the latest recruitment drive is product- and service-oriented areas at the locations in Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Vienna and Brussels as well as at the Lufthansa Technik base in Hamburg and at the locations of the Eurowings Group. Among the roles open at Lufthansa Group are technicians, IT specialists, lawyers, pilots and flight attendants. The company also offers young people prospects in a variety of apprenticeships and dual study programs.

The Germany-wide recruiting campaign starts on November 21 with a total of four different motifs. The campaign covers print, radio and online media as well as all social media channels. The application process has been adapted to the needs of interested parties, for example through listings that display how long applications have been open at the Lufthansa hubs in Frankfurt and Munich. Here, candidates are sometimes accepted into their new jobs on the day of their application.
