More than sixty graduates and young professionals from the aviation industry met on 22 May for the kick-off of the new Hamburg Aviation network. Together, main topics were defined that the participants want to advance together. You're invited to participate!

Productive brainstorming and relaxed networking: The kick-off of the new Hamburg Aviation Young Professionals Network was a complete success. More than sixty interested people from all areas of aviation came together on 22 May to learn more about the network and make their first contacts. The aim of the new network is to provide employees under the age of 40 joint events and, above all, an exchange of information beyond their companies. Close cooperation will be established with existing networks such as Airbus' "GenA" or Lufthansa Technik Young Professionals in order to complement existing formats in a meaningful way and thus intensively bring together the Hamburg aviation community.

More than just a regular's table: in joint brainstorming rounds, the young professionals were able to record their wishes for future focal topics of the network. This resulted in the following favourites, which will be further elaborated by the members of the network in the future and translated into concrete projects and events:

Sustainability & Social Responsibility

Inter Company Collaboration & Problem Solving

Knowledge Management, Methods, Training & Skills
