Accredited test laboratory for environmental and EMC tests of products and components

Treo is an independent service provider for product and component tests, especially for companies in the field of aviation and aerospace. Customers are OEMs as well as 1st and 2nd tier suppliers.

As accredited test laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, Treo tests according to industry-specific norms and individual customer requirements in the field of environmental simulation and EMC. In this combination Treo has unique testing and consulting competencies, which are being placed at the disposal of the customers for prequalification tests, customized tests and complete qualifications of their equipment.

The environmental simulation laboratory with its specialized equipment enables a broad range of simple, complex and combined test setups and procedures tailored to customer requirements like vibration, shock, climate, temperature, altitude, decompression, overpressure, salt fog, water, dust and chemical resistance (Fluid Susceptibility). For this we have special test equipment adjusted for aviation, like a high-performance decompression chamber, a long stroke shaker for wind milling tests, a centrifuge for crash safety sustained tests, special water chamber equipment for RTCA tests as well as a test stand for flat screen tests. Furthermore Treo is able to realize more complex test setups for mechanical endurance tests, combined tests and customized tests depending on special requirements.

The EMC test laboratory in Kiel carries out a broad spectrum of radiation and conduction tests and has profound experience in the field of aerospace applications. Comprehensive test equipment and an absorber hall, in which filtered airborne voltage supply, compressed air and water is available render the test options very flexible. Tests under climatic conditions are possible as well.
